I'm an independent California-registered architect. I work directly with developers and building owners, serving as both their architect and owner's representative.
That lets me work on their side of the table from early development through design, construction, and existing-building issues.

With nearly 30 years of experience in architecture, design, project delivery, construction administration, and building-envelope assessment, I am available for short-term, project-specific, and on-call consulting engagements when additional senior-level architectural expertise is needed.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS
For defined scopes of work, I am available as an independent architectural consultant under AIA Document C401–2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Architect and Consultant.
For ongoing relationships, multiple assignments, or scopes that have not yet been defined, engagements may be structured under AIA Document C421–2018, Architect and Consultant Master Agreement, with individual Service Orders issued as needs arise.
This structure allows architecture and engineering firms, contractors, owners, and HOAs to add experienced architectural capacity on a per-project or as-needed basis without creating a permanent staff position.
